Something weird going on, I to have had nothing but great service from Robin, prices always cheaper than anywhere else and free fast postage, used him for years, been there a few times and they are always very busy, I guess if Robin or one of the others is off then you may wait a bit for a reply but personally never waited longer than a couple of days.... Pete
