steering issues

Hi Everyone,

My l405 sdv8 was all fine steering wise but now have some issues.

Took the car for some bodywork and also had them replace the engine subframe.

However I now have steering issues.

The steering is very hard and not normal. Also can hear loud squeaking when i spin the wheel whilst stationary. video below:

Did not think of it much as the battery was bad whilst it was in the garage. I have put a new battery and still have the same issues.

I have checked the grounds on the front frame rails and they seem good.

I have disconnected the power steering loom from the top of the engine bay to see if that affected anything and the steering has went even harder so I plugged it back.

Have the following diagnostics error on the PSCM but not sure if thats to do with it : U0001 (HIGH SPEED CAN BUS

England 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

Why was the front subframe replaced....??

They would have had to unbolt or remove the rack to change the subframe so really you should take it back and get them to sort it... Thumbs Up Pete
