Deplorable step deep clean

Had a spare hour today. Autosol never really did anything and I remembered a trick I used in my biking days…Harpic (the black bottle). Came up a treat and didn’t dissolve them! Brushed on and copious of hosing after to ensure all cleaner removed.

They look great, did you have to do a lot of scrubbing? 2012 TDV8 Autobiography Baltic Blue

No, no scrubbing required. Just a detailing brush and brushed the Harpic on left for a few minutes and washed off. I had been trying a few products that just wouldn’t really do anything, or might have done had I put loads of elbow into it but I’m lazy if I can be. I just had a thought and found a bottle in my cleaning arsenal to see if it will work as it used to bring up stainless stained exhausts like new. Tried an inconspicuous area first and could see it working instantly without detriment so did the whole lot. Took an hour at best from start to finish, including hosing and drying off. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Ipanema sand

Been looking to clean my steps as I've noticed there are dirt drizzles out under the plastics when I go over with the pressure washer. Anyone know how to remove the top part of the steps without damaging them? 2009 L322 4.2 Supercharged
