Windows and doors have a mind of their own

Over the last couple of weeks my 2011 Range Rover decides to lower the windows sunroof and unlock it self the dam thing chirps a couple of times then it does its preforming act. The remote has had a new battery about a month ago as the car told me that it needed it, you’re most welcome. Has anyone had this problem and what would be the solution as I’m heading down to the big smoke tomorrow morning and would like to get it resolved.

Kind Regards 🙏🏻🙏🏻

take the battery out of that remote ,put it to one side and use your spare to see if you still have the problem. ... - .- -.

Thankyou gentlemen I don’t wear the Rod Steward trousers anymore they give me an hernia and I have also tried taking the battery out to no avail on both. It’s got me stumped

Have a look at the switches / wiring behind the physical door (key) lock. If the key is held in the unlock position it still does the global opening, could there have been any water ingress in that area? BMW i3 Electric Car
