Rear Ride Height Sensor

Rear suspension is on bump stops and IID tool comes up with C1A07-62 (6C) Cross articulation fault, so looks like I need new ride height sensors.

Looking at the options I see there are 2 options available for versions with or without continuous variable damper. Also some mention 3 pin, some 6 pin.

How do I know or find out if I have continuous variable damping and which is the right one for my 2012 TDV8 Westminster please?
