2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Santorini Black

Route Planner App Cannot find car

Anyone else having issues the the land rover route planner app? Works fine on the web but cannot get it to find my car through the app. I also can't find any way of getting help from LR on it! Grateful for any ideas/help. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

the 3g phone system is being switched off and from what i have read here on the forum, the FF uses 3g..

could this be the reason why you cannot talk to the car.. ... - .- -.

That’s a good point Stan. I tried the car in the drive connected to the home WiFi to see if it would work with the route planner app but no success. I thought EE weren’t switching off just yet? 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

not sure about EE but i believe vodafone are doing it now or very soon..

this doesnt solve your problem though.. ... - .- -.

Do you subscribe to 'secure' ? I experienced after the same problem with my F-Type that a reset, like they do after a false theft report resets the location to present.

So if you subscribe, call the operator and explain the issue. Ask for a reset. I-pace First Edition Santorini & 2nd car Mazda MX-30 Advantage red/black

2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Siberian Silver

This happened to me when my 12 month data SIM in the vehicle expired (after nearly two years). When I got a new sim it worked again FFRR SDV8 Autobiography

Yes, thanks for the idea but I have an active subscription and all the remote functions work. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

Thanks. SIM active and all other functions like Live etc work.

What amazes me is there is no longer a customer advice email active with LR and the garages have no clue so have no idea who to call. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

With me also. Still the location wasn't updated. It happened again with my L405 last year. The car was in Luxembour while I was in Portugal already ! I-pace First Edition Santorini & 2nd car Mazda MX-30 Advantage red/black
