So I'm trying to assist someone in finding out what dealership used to be on the A40 in London next to the Tesla garage, specifically what group did the garage belong to that used to be there.

He is trying to track down the service history for a vehicle, and at the moment its not showing all of the services on the online portal which could be a VIN error and its recorded under another car or they have never entered it.

The car in question should have service history from 2015 onwards at main dealer but nothing is showing on the service portal for it. It is showing only the very first service it got in 2014 I think and 2019 but was supposedly serviced at the garage on the A40 that no longer exists.

Any help welcomed.... all smug in my new plug!

It's part of the Lookers franchise - new showroom opened mid 2016, so any servicing after that is likely there.

Prior to that they had the showroom that Tesla are now in - still Lookers though. Before that it was called Charles Hurst.

Yes, I think you're right - I do remember it being HR Owen. I don't pass that way often, but have a mate who has bought a few from there.

Many moons ago, I lived next door to a service manager that worked there.
