As much as those figures pain me, I still have to have me a supercharged. I've been to therapy to try and talk me out of it, but to no avail. I want me a supercharged I really do.

The newer you can afford to get, the better the mpg. Came as quite a surprise to me how much bettter the 5.0 was over the 4.2 and the SVAD is better again. Just got a computer indicated 26.x over last w/e trip to North Wales. I had a car full so not going mad, but wasn't dawdling either, fastish cruise on motorways and picked up her skirts a few times to clear traffic on A/B roads. Around 700 miles all in so quite long runs. Having said that...I've always argued that you're getting the wrong car if you go for a fatty but are worried about fuel costs. Mike - MPx

Mine gets about 300 miles if I'm doing intown driving and maybe about 350-400 motorway driving.

Your never going to find a vehicle that's like sitting in your armchair driving along the motorway and when you need too fire it up to over take the numptys who need to do 50 mph in lane 2, you casually cruise pass them with out any effort.

Over the last 400 miles I have averaged 16.2.
That’s all rural France, no motorways at all which I am pretty happy with.

(That’s the computer average so no doubt wrong to a degree, but good enough for me!)

I average 400 miles to a take in my p575 which works out about 22 average. A high speed motorway journey is up to 26 ish. Very impressive tbh 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)
