Just had JLR Assistance out to check my P530.

Strange judder at low speed, most noticeable when freewheeling. The cabins has a judder and there’s a sort of bass low vibration noise.

The engineer took it for a drive and luckily agrees there is a problem. I say luckily because with past JLR cars I’ve had the misfortune of having engineers saying they couldn’t find any fault which is most frustrating.

Anyway, can is 2 weeks old and going into the dealer for its first problem.

Hopefully they can find the source of the problem and rectify.

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem? It may only be an issue on the V8 which mine is.

I’ve had 2 P530s now and the engine is one of things I’ve noticed is remarkably smooth. Sorry to hear this - I would personally play any engine defects with a very hard bat and insist on a replacement vehicle being ordered.

Makes sense, but do replacement vehicle orders take as long as regular orders or do they go to the front of the line?

They are expedited.

Chassis mount is a problem on the Sport P530 so may be a similar issue
