Transmission oil change

Some sound reasoning from this Toyota mechanic about transmission fluid changes, I know everyone has their opinion of how and when to change the oil but this chap comes up with good advice and makes a lot of sense.

So the best method is to drain and refill, not full flush. Some folk on here have changed the oil at least three times to get it nice and clean, a mistake it seems.
