[For Sale] 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 TDV8 in Nara Bronze

Range Rover 4.4 TDV8 L322 Vogue
Registered: September 2011 (SK61 EHJ)
VIN: SALLMAMJ3CA364886
8 speed auto
101,000 miles (The mileage may increase slightly as it is still used most days)
Partial Service History (Main dealer and Land Rover specialists)
MOT until 12 June 2023
2 Previous owners
2 working key fobs and heater remote

For sale is my 2011 4.4 TDV8 in Nara Bronze. I have owned the car since October 2022 and had planned on keeping it for many years; however, the impending low emission zone in Glasgow city centre in June 2023 has meant that I now need to move to a younger model or electric (or back to a 5.0 SC). The car has been used for regular long trips throughout Scotland and occasionally over to Northern Ireland.

Exterior condition

Overall the car is in a good condition commensurate with its age. The Nara Bronze paintwork is fantastic and was one of the main reasons that I pulled the trigger on this example. The paintwork in good condition apart form a relatively small scuff on the front nearside of the bumper and some lacquer peel on the offside rear panel. There is some surface rust on the wheel arches in the usual places, so will need repaired in the next few years but certainly not an urgent job.

The wheels are 20” with a set of matching all season Pirellis Scorpion Zero tyres that were fitted in November 2022.

Interior condition

The interior is in very good condition with sand-coloured oxford leather seats and lower dashboard. There is a small tear in the nearside rear passenger seat measuring around 20 mm in length. Otherwise the seats are in good condition apart form normal wear on the bolsters. I have replaced the sand-coloured door cards with black, but the originals are still available if you would prefer to go back to matching doors and seats, but I personally like the contrast.

Mechanical

Recent work:
• Front nearside wheel bearing
• Steering rack
• HSB019 Battery
• Wiper blades
• Front and rear pads and discs
• Rear offside brake calliper
• Bluetooth dongle for stereo (Invery)

I have also purchased the oil to service the transfer box, differential and gearbox; all of which can be provided with the car.

Thank you for taking the time to look through the advert and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions.

If you would like to arrange a viewing or test-drive, please drop me a private message and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Price: £10,000 GBP (ONO).

I’ve reduced the price to £9000 ONO. Closing a deal on an iPace today, so it will probably be traded in this weekend or start of the week.

Dont want to go too off topic, but would you mind telling us your decision making for the iPace.
After looking for several EVs, and opting for one, I wanted to know your position with JLRs' first and only EV

Well I don’t think anyone putting an offer in on the fatty, so we might as well discuss something.

So, first decision was electric or not. Essentially, my work pays £375 per month in fuel regardless of whether I have an electric car or not. They have also recently installed chargers at the office that I can use for free, so it seems like a bit of a no brainier. I love my Range Rover (my third one to date) but I don’t have the time to spend waiting on it sitting in the garage getting sorted every 10 weeks.

Now - ipace or other. I was fairly close to going for a Tesla Y but after test driving one, wasn’t super impressed in it as a car (albeit an excellent iPhone). The other options would have been an etron, a eqc or possibly a Polestar.

Rage wise, the ipace beats the etron and eqc and I prefer the look of the car (and the jag is faster). The Polestar was a contender but I just couldn’t bring myself to drive a Volvo.

Moreover, Jag were offering £3800 deposit contribution, supply and install of a home charger and a 2 year warranty on the ipace, so it seemed like the best deal by quite a margin.

Thanks
These are great points and Jag did make everything to close the deal indeed, well done.

We opted for Tesla. You can get a model Y for the low 40s nowadays from Tesla, with a 4-year warranty and an awesome supercharging network. Impressive.
Best car ever (and we've owned 10 Range Rover vogues, Classics, P38, and L405 since the late 90s!)

No problem.

The model Y was a close contender - particularly with the luggage space and moving from the cavernous L322.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we had one at some point - maybe once there is more availability on the used market once 3 and 4 year leases finish up.
