l322 bluetooth fault

Hi guy's,

When i brought my 2011 range rover the bluetooth didn't work, upon investigation the most connector was looped so i assumed that the module was faulty I plugged it in & got the flashing power button problem.

I then ordered a replacement module from eBay and plugged it in & I get the same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would welcome any advice..

Many thanks

Ash

Similar question. My 2011 doesn’t broadcast a Land Rover Bluetooth signal to connect to. I’m reticent to buy another module off eBay and swap out as sellers won’t agree on returns. Anything I should check prior to taking the risk of doing so?

Did you get your bluetooth to start broadcasting again?

The MOST network runs in series. In the workshop manual is the diagram - just move onto diagnosing the next item in the loop.

With power connected and ignition on, but no fibre optics connected, you should he able to look into the Bluetooth unit and see a the transmission light start flashing. If so, it's unlikely to be your Bluetooth unit. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

I didn’t. Just use a 3.5mm cable to Aux (carefully laid to socket behind centre console and using a right angle cable to help avoid accidental breakage) from iPhone (into apple 3.5mm to lightning adapter) ((via a ground loop isolator stored in the console)). Phone charges off a Belkin MagSafe vent mount. Find the call quality very good. You could also use a Bluetooth to Aux adapter but I found call quality to be worse and music to be awful.
