2017 Range Rover SVAutobiography 5.0 SC V8 Indus Silver

It's been crazy this year, 840i convertible and 2011 L322 5.0 S/C went from702 to 1500, got it down to 1325 by asking (Admiral Multi car, in Cheshire)...

That being said I'm currently in an Air B&B in Fitzrovia that's pretty basic and they rent for 2750PCM.

Have to be mental to live down here, love the place dearly but it's a p**s take and nobody does anything to counter. Formerly happymadison1978

Interesting analysis from Money Saving Expert today saying it’s supply chain issues driving up parts cost and so claims settlement amounts. Advice is to try and fix early;

Update: by coincidence as I was posting this I got my renewal notification email with an increase of £211 ( ~43% ). Immediately checked on Compare the market and got it back down to £331. I’m awaiting a call back from site sponsor A-Plan tomorrow to see if they can do any better.

Exactly. Costs go up to the insurer, premiums go up to policyholders. They're just businesses and they have to make money in order to compete in a saturated market, or we'll be left with just a few big players who can charge whatever they like and we'll all just have to swallow it. 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica.

Could the suspension failure on L405’s that JLR have recognised but failed to do a recall in this country be having an impact on insurance? As many have said it is only a matter of time until a serious potential fatal accident is caused and it would be the vehicles insurer that would have to pick up the costs.

The insurance companies will be aware of recalls in other countries so will be costing the potential risk into their calculation of premiums. 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23
