Morning, I’ve only had mine two weeks and still getting over the grin factor but as I’ve had no radio for those two weeks I haven’t heard a whine - except from the passenger seat occupant telling me to slow down |

I've never heard of a whine when coming to a stop before.

Could be the return pump on the ABS-Traction Control unit. |

To be honest, I haven’t tried increasing the revs while stationary (always been in gear ready to move off), all I can say is, the whine disappears when foot off the brake (starting to move), or after around 20/30 seconds stationary, but I only have to creep forward a meter or so for the whole process to start again. Next time I can get it warm enough I’ll put it into N or P to check if the rpm makes a difference when stationary |
