Range Rover 2017 SPORT SVR L494 sos limited functionality

Hello

I have a Range Rover 2017 SPORT SVR L494.
Today, just got warnings about the 'SOS LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY'
Doing some research, it can be a load of things with the Telematics Control Unit (TCU).
However, the first thing to do is change the back-up batteries.

On some sites, it states the TCU is located above the main screen behind the centre dash? see image below:

How do i get to this? Do i have to remove the cover and remove the main screen, behind it? or?

Thanks

Will do.

Do you know where the module is located?

I dont want another module, its the batteries i want to try first. but I have seen modules for sale while searching for this error code online. I have notices the module title people used were:
2017 RANGE ROVER SPORT L494 REAR LEFT PHONE HOTSPOT TELEMATICS CONTROL MODULE LH #RS050620

REAR LEFT.. i have a RR SPORT SVR 2017 REGISTERED DECEMBER 2017. So looks like the location is Rear Left (c Pillar) and not located where some RR's between the years 2014 to 2016..

No

Do you have a valid Incontrol Remote subscription ?
Do a simple search ie

Decided to pay for the InControl Remote subscription for 24 months at £57.60
How atrange is it that now The Sos works fine and no warning light at all...... how many other people have had to pay for diagnostics and repairs for this function/warning light to not appear when obviously JLR know there is nothing wrong you just have to keep renewing your subscription

it is a bit silly to subscribe to make it work again, clear the message. Maybe one doesn't want it! Should be able to clear the warning without committing to a 2 yr thing.

Hello

Got a guy to run diagnostics... it was running a tests and when it got to the Telematics Module, it stated: 'connecting...' but the test had finished 100%....
so looks like it cannot get an error code? Module faulty...?

i have codes of the two first error codes that popped up while testing.

B1412-96 PERMANENT QUIESCENT RELAY BOX - COMPONENT INTERNAL FAULT

P060A-08 INTERMITTENT INTERNAL CONTROL MODULE MONITORING PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE - BUS SIGNAL/MESSAGE FAULTS

U0055-87 INTERMITTENT VEHICLE COMMUNICATION BUS D - MISSING MESSAGE

Also, i took a picture of above the accelerator pedal just to see if the module was there or not.. i noticed, a grey plug unplugged.... what is this, is it supposed to connect to something?
