Hi all. So strange question incase anyone else has experienced it.
I have a 2007 L322 3.2ltr diesel

Normally when the car is locked it makes no noise but when I press unlock on the key the interior light comes on and a sort of fan/whiring noise comes from under the bonnet.

The issue I have is that now the car continuously makes the noise and has drained the battery once already.
Even when it’s locked and left over night I come out early hours of the morning for work and go to jump in my daily drive and can hear it making the noise when locked and left.

Anybody have any idea what this is and how to stop it.

L322 3.2ltr diesel - do you mean tdv8 less one cylinder or rebored td6?

Could be FSR does the heater blower speed work ok? 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23
