No, I suspect it’s more to do with aesthetics - how the car looks to an observer. They don’t call the lighting fittings “jewellery” without reason. Ron B. VK2OTC 2003 L322 V8 Auto 2007 Yamaha XJR1300 Previous: 1983, 1986 RRC; 1995, 1996 P38A; 1995 Disco1; 1984 V8 County 110; Series IIA |

Agreed! A pet hate of mine, should be a fog and a reversing light on each side. 2010 Range Rover TDV8 Baltic Blue Autobiography (2011 MY) - SOLD 1960 Land Rover SII SWB SW 2020 BMW R1250 RT LE 2021 Triton ST-125 (Monkey Bike) |

Can anyone who has fitted these please tell me what you did with the long wires from the new units? Did you manage to poke them into the new unit and then fit the original bulb holder back in?

You circle the wires into the light fitting ‐ quite simple to do. The old bulb holder then secures to the light unit to seal it.

Does this mean you are actually selling these? The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |
