The screws are really just a plug to push the little rawl plug type lugs into a lock position. As long as they are in the grille isnt going anywhere.

Thanks Jay that's exactly how mine are, I was just thinking perhaps they needed new plugs that would help tighten the screws.

I had my carbon fibre grill relacquered as it had a couple of chips on it , it was done by carbonwurks who did a superb job!

these 2018 style grilles are the easiest external upgrades for the 2012-2017 FF's and change the wholes appearance of the front.


one thing to note is that i changed mine back in 2019'ish and have now found the silver coating coming off ..could be a bad batch back in the day possibly.. ... - .- -.
