Rear light fogging up - quite bad

Hi folks

I had this with my L322 and drilling holes was the answer. I've got the same on my L405 and it's very regular and pretty bad. Whats the solution on this version ?? Same again ??

Thanks

One of mine was fogged up after the car wash the other day. But it has cleared itself now, so I assume they're ventilated? 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography in black

I believe they have drains, whether that means ventilated I'm not so sure. I've not removed one to find out, was hoping if they had to come out it would only be once, with the fix.
