Hive mind question on a leak

Hive mind question....yesterday I replaced the oil cooler seals due to an oil leak at the bottom middle of the engine...... took her for a spin after and two things happened

Firstly I got a restricted performance message....but I think that might just be that I forgot to fully tighten the plenum to manifold seals.

Secondly there was still fluid ( I think oil but not 100 percent sure it was only oil) leaking when the engine is running. See last pic for leaking

Today I took her apart again to look at the cooler and it doesn't look like new oil is coming out from the cooler( pics attached)

Any ideas of what else I could be looking for?

Was it all cleaned up before reassembly? Did you replace the two o-rings on the oil feed pipe to the cooler at the same time? The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

The cooler can warp and crack so even after replacing the seals it can still leak. If it’s not oil leaking then the only other fluid is coolant but it should be easy to tell by look and feel. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

What torque settings did you use for tightening it all back up? The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile
