Known QUALITY parts register

Hi Guys, I had an idea which i thought might help us all out when we are doing our own repairs as many of us do

Could we have a parts listing (register) of what aftermarket parts ARE GOOD AND KNOWN high quality which has been proven, By this i mean i dont want fred to say that he fitted an odm cv joint and it has been fine for 10 thousand ks... I mean people that know what thay are talking about and have well and truly put the parts thru their paces and tested them for well into a good known lifespan

I say this because there is so much garbage out there... we all know the majority of britpart stuff is utter JUNK ... but they no doubt make items that are ok

Cv joing brands are all over the place... must be 50 of them or more but what is actually ok? (im thinking only genuine perhaps in this case)

I bought off ebay a replacment strap for the rear tailgate which was a chinese special.... cost me next to nothing and in all honesty after two years its bloody brilliant!

Im sure half the time many people ue these forums is to work out this sort of thing ... scrolling for days to see gus used this brand that .. says its ok... fred disagrees.. etc.. when we could have a proper register with real world input etc
