Keyless locking question

Just picked up a 2019 Autobiography and noticed an odd behaviour with the keyless locking/unlocking. Basically, I can lock and unlock the car with the key, but can only lock the car using the keyless button on the door. Is there a setting buried somewhere I need to change ?
