850 miles would be just possible on a single tank if that was your actual mpg. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Think 25 mpg knocking about and you won't be far wrong Geoff |

I'm currently getting just over 30mpg on average and I do mostly M-Way driving at very sensible speeds. This is calculated from fill vs trip miles. It's doing a bit less than usual at present due to the cold weather ( always a factor with any cars MPG) and also a leaky thermostat so hope to see this improve bit when it's fixed next week. I did squeeze 750 miles from a tank once in the warmer months when I was just M-Way cruising and the low fuel warning had only just lit up - do the maths if you want but this is very good but not quite 40mpg..... 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Over the 9,795 miles I’ve had the car doing a right mix of journeys, my actual calculations show an average of 25.5. My last tank was 26.3, much improved from the 24.4 of the previous tank which I put down to realising the tyres were under inflated. Since getting them back to normal pressures the mpg has improved. |
