Just to keep this thread updated…
I removed the engine cover and had a look at this tonight, the vacuum pipe that runs from the plate on top of the Supercharger to the fuel pressure sensor wasn’t securely attached. I’m going to put a hose clip on it so it’s attached properly.
I’ve also ordered a new MAF sensor and 2 pre-cat oxygen sensors as they’re the originals on the car. Hopefully once I’ve fitted these and clamped that pipe things will be back to normal again.
The EML seems to be coming on every 30 miles or so when clearing the fault codes. It’s always when in a 30 limit and usually when slowing down for a junction or traffic lights. Given I’ve done 2000 miles in it since the engine was rebuilt, I’m quite happy that it’s a new issue rather then something that’s manifesting itself after the rebuild.
