They may seem like a silly question, but has anyone had this issue. roaming is switching it self off and this symbol in photo comes on/ off / disappears ( it’s the o looking thing with a line though it to the right of the red seat heating )
Noticed after a few hours of driving we get strange happenings, whereby the sat nav goes offline on the main screen ( but not on speedometer displays) music stops playing and that symbol appears in the top duo screen. Engine off , lock car for ten mins. Return and seems to reboot till the next time?

Any one had this ?

Just to update, got to bottom of issues. The telematics control unit (TCU) was at fault. This was causing the sat nav to sign out , WiFi to go off, and in control app to not work / communicate with car. Replaced unit and all seems to work. ( at least for now. long road tested needed to confirm. hope this helps others with similar issues.
