Been hunting around for new front air springs as my Fattie has got the 'front end kneeling' syndrome, caused by a slow leak in one of the bags.

I have just fitted an identical looking bag to mine, went fairly straightforward I gently inflated it to seat the base and get the locking washer on.

Is both sides of yours dropping, even though its only one bag with the split? |

Hi, yes both sides at the front drop evenly. Leak is slight at the moment so it only loses air overnight. Sometimes the drop is quite noticeable, sometimes drop is only slight. Am just holding off getting new air springs till the air loss is a bit more rapid. I haven't had a chance yet to confirm which air spring is leaking at the front, but it's always best practice to replace them as a pair, i.e. both front springs or both rear springs. |

Ah, thank you. I'd assumed that it dropping evenly meant it wasn't a leak on one side.

You can also do the spray test on the air springs, as per Tinman's comment on your other thread. Raise the vehicle to off-road height and spray each airspring with soapy water. Look for air bubbles forming and this will indicate that the spring has a leak. Haven't done that test on mine yet, as waiting till the leak gets more pronounced. |

Yeah, I did exactly that today. Couldn't see anything, unfortunately, but then again it is only the front 3/4 you can see, though thought it worth a go.
