Just dug out my handbook for my 2006 Td6, in the book it has fuse No 59 (20 amps ) situated in the passenger compartment fuse box, named as 'Auxiliary heater ( diesel models only) independent heater' and in the rear load space fuse box it quotes fuse No15 (25 amps ) simply quoted as for 'Fuel pump'

The Webasto fuel pump is supplied directly from the FBH so there is no separate fuse. If the fuel pump is not operating, check there is a pulsed output from the FBH, if OK, then you need to access the pump to check the wiring there. Sometimes the pump can sieze due to lack of movement, a good few taps on it can free it off, once you've got to it.
