The product inside the box is the same. Mann are the OEM for the air filters.

You can buy one in a Land Rover box under part number LR011593 from any dealership. It'll be more expensive for the same thing though. Kev

I was thinking as my new air filters arrived today do the MDs charge extra labour as well to fit these or is it included in the service price when required?
Bought for half of LRs price and very simple to fit why let them do it? overfinch modified

So today i changed the filters and was a little surprised to see this. Also, the dirty one has a padded filter box.

Perfectly normal. The dirty one feeds the primary turbo so air is always being sucked through the filter. The clean one feeds the secondary turbo. As the secondary turbo only kicks in at 2400 rpm and above, it won't be used that often. Kev

That being the case, and looking at the photo above, I think I'd be air lining them and swapping them over. And change when both dirty. 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography in black
