As I,m having trouble getting this info from the dealer and wanting to know should this be added to my OSH I thought i would ask here if anyone knows what has been done here. It's after the first three items that I want to know. tia.

Didn’t even know how to access my (always used a main dealer) OLSH until a week or so ago.

It’s pretty poor tbh and doesn’t tell what they actually did, other than a scheduled mileage/ age service. A bit like the old black ink stamp in the book, didn’t actually tell you much. They hadn’t even updated mine to show they’d done the cam belt last year.

There’s a list of things they could populate but much of ours is blank so, IMO a pretty pointless system because it shows what should be done but to either inputting inconsistencies or system constraints, not what was actually done: hence why I still keep my paper receipts.

Online service history… keep your own records 👍

My last service done in August has still not made it onto the OLSH. I have a paper record which looks pretty much like the screen shot above.

This service was done in March this year with nothing added to the OSH so I,m on them to sort it out. they have now added the oil change and pollen filter but I think more should be added even though I have the bill I want it recorded online!  overfinch modified
