A hard reset is disconnecting the battery terminals and then touching the cables together for 10 or so seconds if I remember right.

It's just the overweight alarm for the drivers seat

I had this, as well as the alarm going off randomly at night - no lights or indicators - just the sounder. Spent ages trying to trace an issue, as well as replacing a perfectly good battery. In the end, I just removed Fuse 36.

Thank you chaps, I’ll have to check online for a hard reset. If that fails, I’ll have a look at the fuse 36 suggestion. |
