That is the correct number. You will need a bush puller though to get it out and back in.

Thumbs Up Also before you start soak area with "Plus-Gas" day before. That stuff is light years ahead of WD40.
I used this tool when I did mine:

Other people have used sockets of a suitable size and some
studding. Haylands is right about the bolts, mine were very rusty and had to be hammered out with a club hammer
and a lot of swearing Smile

Buy original as pattern parts are known to be a millimetre too small and they will slide out. You can extract them by using a deep socket and all-thread.

Easy job to do. Thumbs Up

I have some Plus Gas, so will start spraying tomorrow - thanks for reminding me Smile

£75 quid for the bush remover, is the tool just for the Upper Bushes" - or will it come in handy for any other bushes on the car ?

otherwise I think I will go down the "Deep Socket" and Studding route !

Hi,
Sadly yes, the kit is just for the upper ones. I bought the kit for the lower ones at the same time (about the same price).
Thats my next job, got advisories on the MOT this month, was shown there is slight movement on both lower ones.
I forgot to mention I coated the bolt shaft with copper grease when I assembled it.
Good luck with yours Thumbs Up

This bush can be done quite easily without a bush puller tool.

Thumbs Up

I can’t take credit for the guide but it’s well written and well photographed.
