Has anyone had any issues with Navigation. Approx 6 weeks ago I got logged out on my RR MY18 and when I try to log back in i get a "sorry there is an issue at our end, please try later.

I have logged on to Landrover.here and done the usual change password etc... Basically I have stopped receiving the live traffic.

After many phone calls and emails, LR are telling me that i need an update "Vehicle Shared Secrets" (VSS)

This comes in at a cost of nearly £200.00 at LR MD.

Has anyone else had this issue or even know what VSS is. I will pay the update fee if required, I just have a feeling that this is not going to fix the issue. All my maps are up to date, subscriptions paid, sim card working etc.

consensus on a google search result is that this is a recall so the dealer shoudnt be charging you for it.. ... - .- -.
