Re range rover fault codes

Hi Im Having a few issues with my 3.6 tdv8. I have followed the thread below regarding the codes but im still at a loss. Can anyone help or advise please

Did you fix those issues Adi? you need to get a good OBD11 code reader or better still a RR capable Scanner. Very Happy 2003 RR L322 4.4 ltr Auto Zambezi silver Custom paint

Unfortunately not yet have had it plugged in by various different scanners and they all say the same but just cant get to the bottom of it. Dont want to be changing things that dont need changing
