In my last caravan, a Lunar Clubman SR, I was able to dim the interior lights to suit the occasion. My current caravan, a Buccaneer Commodore, doesn't have this option.
Can any of you clever electronic guys give a suggestion as to how I might be able to do this and what I would need?

It depends on the LED's fitted. If theyre 10 to 30v LED's you wont be able to dim them due to the built in driver. If theyre just straight 12v LED's it's dead simple, loads of LED dimmers on ebay, simply drop them into the feed to the lighting and be as dim as you like LOL.
On my Bailey I added RGB lighting around the curtains, you could select any colour / any brightness. It was great for evening time reading / TV watching etc. BMW i3 Electric Car
