Have you advertised it anywhere else? Most of the forum members will already have one so aren’t likely to be looking to buy.
Unfortunately in Range Rover land the Vogue is the lowest spec and a lot of buyers will be looking for the extras that come with the SE, Autobiography etc.
Your advert looks good so if it is in the right places and you’re getting no interest then it can only be the price stopping people showing an interest.

It will sell but it may take a while. Trade in value should be close to this given the dealer prices for low mile late models on Autotrader are £20k and upwards. That being said they don’t seem to sell very fast.

As a trade bid I'd say that's decent as you can sell the Gap iiD on top. A shame that nobody wants it so far but as others have said it's a decent looking car and the pictures look good. If you can afford to accept the trade bid, then maybe drop the price in increments to that point and hopefully get a private buyer along the way maybe?
