Unfortunately I can't report the same. I bought my car from them (unseen which in hindsight was a mistake but circumstances must...)
The perfect paintwork ignored the scratches on the roof (which i can forgive, whoever sees that bit) and extensive scratches on the drivers door sill (which I cannot forgive)
Their thorough preparation didn't include cleaning the rear seat belts, particularly the one that a child had puked on quite some time ago was mouldy and stunk. It also didn't pick up on the driver side washer jet not working, neither did the MOT they'd just performed (oh, actually looking online at the advisories it did, but was then fixed, before not working again by the time it was delivered)
The CD magazine was missing
The plastic handle to open the rear DVD/phone etc compartment was missing
There was only one key with the second to follow as soon as it was received from LR
1.5 years on and I am still waiting for most of the issues to be resolved, well i am not obviously having given up on them, I guess I am just too far away to worry about. eBay sorted the CD magazine and the seatbelt cleaned up OK, although wasn't much fun driving about with in pulled out for the first week. The washer jet was sorted by Marshalls Cambridge.
I will say that their warranty has been ok though, when I put it to the test with my faulty heated seat which was fixed (again by MoC) seemingly without challenge.
I guess they're not too worried given I was a 'remote' purchase and always were unlikely to go back to them for either servicing or another car. I guess they were right.
