275/55/R20’s to 275/60/R20’s

Ok, stay with me here.

I currently have 275/55/20’s on the L322. Coopers, AT3’s they will need repacing before next spring, they have taken a beating this year off road in Spain and Portugal, 10K miles and they are showing wear.

Need more sidewall, more protection to rim damage, so thinking of going up to 275/60/r20’s

I can lift the L322 to +55mm, I can go higher too with the easy lift, have been driving around in Spain, on and offroad +55MM Ok. Fitting them should work without any rubbing, or trimming. Access mode might be tight, but I can play with the settings to avoid the bump stop arch rub.

I can’t go to 18”’s before anyone starts, I have front 6 pot brembos, currently, no wheel fits, compomotive might have an option soon, but doubt it will be here within 12 months.

BFG’s KO2’s are available in that size

I did but had raised the floor on sponge blocks and had pads under the tyre to stop it becoming wedged in.

Not without taking some of the air out or removing all the padding. Mine won’t fit. Check out my YouTube channel
