I removed my locking nuts as soon as I got the car. I don't think people tend to steal wheels any more. Obviously there are exceptions. Lets face it, with the right kit, it's quicker to steal the whole vehicle than just the wheels. Kev

Agreed. I can’t think of a case where I have had wheels stolen from a car reported to me in the last 15yrs. More often the whole car goes. V8 or else ... |

I've binned mine, they can really rust up and be a huge pain to remove.

I have mcgard locking wheel nuts (bought from site sponsor Advanced Factors) - had them approx 3yrs and they’re brilliant quality. Not corroded and still solid. |
