I'm pretty sure it was an option on 2006-2010 cars, but very rare.
From 2010 onwards, I think the Westminster and Vogue SE (later replaced by Autobiography) had the noise insulated front screen and "double glazed" side windows in the front and rear. Having had a 2006 without and my 2011 with, I can tell you the noise difference is very noticeable and is one of the reasons i think the jump is worth it!
There was a period through the 90s and early 2000s when premium luxury cars like the 7 series, Phaeton, S Class etc all had double glazing resembling what you'd recognise as double glazing, being 2 panes of glass with a sealed gap filled with noble gas on the inside.
You will find most vehicles with "double glazing" these days are double laminated glass, where two panes of thinner glass are sandwiched together with a laminate in-between. When you wind the window down, you can see the seam of the two panes. It saves weight and space (and no doubt cost also) but delivers almost as good performance as vehicular double glazing, so delivers a nice middle ground. Some ultimate luxury cars like the S Class and Rolls Royce are still available with it but it's perfectly ok to call double laminated glass double glazing because, it is a form of double glazing.
The L405 and L494 Range Rovers all have it as standard, as does the 2021-> Tesla Model 3. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
