Interesting PW1, I'm in a similar position - P440e ordered in March, P510e ordered in mid-July, same as yourself, each car ordered with different dealers. Mine however are both still in holding pools.

I think it’s total pot luck depending on what parts are available when to meet your spec. I wanted to change to black wheels but was warned off by my dealer. Sticking with the standard ones if I can’t live with them I’ll change them at a later date and use them for winters. MY23 PHEV HSE

I ordered my 440e hse a few days after the ordering went live for PHEV and the 510e autobiography was around a week after that. The autobiography was however an altered build of a D350 placed last year. Was told at ordering we would likely be put to the back of the build list but perhaps that’s not the case. |

Likely is pot luck. I was offered changing the wheels but tbh not many I liked and the black wheels set the eiger grey with shadow pack, black roof and privacy off a treat! IMO obviously |

You've done well to get 09/12 PW1 - I've been told Q1 2023 for the P440e March order I placed. That said, I don't think the dealers really know.

Two P440e's (must be some of the first off the line) are already on autotrader at 30-40k mark ups:

At the dealers today I was told that if I ordered now the car (P530 or D350 AB) would likely be delivered "late 2024". Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

LR are quoting 68 weeks on the configurator for a D350 AB, but you still can't order a P530.

I asked at the weekend about ordering another and was told expect 18 months, dealer seemed to think they had at least a years worth to build on the backlog as is. Seems little confidence in speeding production up anytime soon. MY23 PHEV HSE

When they don’t even know what they are doing two months forward, all these dates which are bandied about are just arbitrary. |

There was a suggestion that the factory had an order book of about 45,000 cars. Whatever happens to supply lines that will take quite a while to clear. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

The men in grey suits who have pontificated about just in time management should be taken out and shot at dawn. letters not necessarily in the right order |
