4.4 tdv8 fan belt tension

Hi I have the car stripped to replace a shredded drive belt and now faced with removing the small fan belt from the crank pully to the viscous. How do I adjust the belt as I can see an adjuster . I only see the main belt adjuster.

It’s a stretch fit, cut it with a knife and the new one needs a special tool or I used a v small g cramp and a thin piece of ply cramped the belt to the big pulley and turn the engine it pops straight back on 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8
