Auto mirror fold?

Is is possible, using the IID tool, to set the the mirrors to automatically fold in and out when locking and unlocking? Tym

If it sticks, force it. If it breaks, it needs replacing anyway.

Can this be done on the earlier 322’s as well, Pete?

I know the 2010 onwards cars do it but wasn’t aware you could program the earlier ones to do it too.

I’d like to program the 2 stage unlocking too.

I've done it, but not by programming as the support isn't there in the hardware. Essentially by using a relay across the mirror switch contacts triggered by the lock/unlock signal with an 'aux on' inhibit and a simple timer circuit to trigger a relay across the unlock switch on the centre dash triggered by 'ignition off'.
Two stage unlocking is easily programmed, as is the 'chirp on lock', can be done per key. - I don't use IID so not sure of the process with that tool.
