P023D-22/ P138F-21 Engine System Fault | |
Hello.
Today marks one year since I purchased my latest RR. A 2008 Vogue SE. It has not been all smooth sailing, as she ate her turbos in the first week. URghh!
This occurred right after I blanked the EGRs (I did this because I had a previous 2006 Vogue SE which ingested its EGRs and damaged a piston in the engine!)
Anyways, I got 2 new turbos from Midland Turbos and had them installed. That was in July of last year and since then it has still been cutting the power regularly.
I brought it to my mechanic and they replaced the two top intercooler hoses and the driver's side manifold, whereby they said there was a hairline crack. Despite this being done it's still cutting the power, with the following codes.
P023D-22 - Manifold Absolute pressure - turbocharger/ supercharger boost sensor A correlation.
P138F-21 - Turbocharger boost control position sensor B minimum/ maximum stop performance.
What steps would you take to try and solve this?
Could it be an incorrectly sealed EGR blanking kit?
Could it be a poorly performed EGR software delete ( I have an IID tool which I could use to redo it)
The airflow metres read different levels. I attach a screenshot taken at 50MPH, maybe this would shed some light.
Thanks, everyone. Really want to get this sorted now.
