Yep the look & feel are just about the same and I prefer the Velar wheel… Just need to swap out the red paddles as I really can’t live with them any longer

Despite me having a (irrational?) view that all stressing wheels should have a black rim, definitely the Velar wheel.

It's amazing the difference a steering wheel can have to the overall feel of a car.

Once my L322 is back on the road I need to start looking for inspiration on that wheel too. Can't work out whether to look for one or send mine off to be retrimmed, possibly reshaped.

Changed the tyres this week to a slightly larger set of Pirelli's. So gone from 275/40/23 to 285/40/23... All fits perfectly and no rubbing, even on access mode and lock to lock...

Ya know it’s funny, my wife drives my old car now with 21’s on and I find the driving experience very very different in that! Kind of soggy! Don’t think it’s my extra wheel base! It drove much better IMHO on 22’s (but they get ruined on kerbs with her driving 🤫🤐)
