Does anyone know of a cost effective way to courier wheels? I've looked online and because the wheels are so damned heavy that the quotes are coming out to nearly £20 per wheel on the cheapest delivery methods, £80!!! WTF?

Do you know of any good companies that do domestic pickups?

you have a good 'relationship' with stratstone - ask steve widdowson if you can use their couriers?

Did some googling and found some online alloy wheel couriers.

A 2 day service turns out to be about £45-£55 for four.

They need to be wrapped and protected with cardboard and labelled individually, which is no problem as I kept the packaging my new ones came in. Discovery 4 HSE

What about City - Link do they operate in your area , last time i used them it was £50 for 4 Alloys … Wrapped of course … No pallet needed

just health and safety regs - employers cannot run the risk of a claim

and there are far too many employees happy to exploit this with the current generation of 'solicitors' advertising on tv!

i used interparcel and it cost £35 and all they need is the wheels to be bubble wraped.

i got my 20ft rib delivered from Essex to Forfar (scotland) for £300

I have a local guy i use for quad bikes - full size farm 4x4 bikes - £70 anywhere in the uk, i can send you his number if you like.
