Sounds like a simple marketing ploy Mick. You are right, LR could have easily added MORE to enhance an Anniversary model. No other colour options except for Autobiography Maroon with Burgundy Windsor Leather ? I am not sure I am a fan of Burgundy....

That limited edition burgundy was a bad choice I thought for this vehicle. Only old men would want it as far I can tell, and they're not typically the type who would go for a SC anyway.

Kinversand was one of the colours that BMW pinched when they dumped us always though the disco looked great in this colour |

It seems to be a Rover tradition for anniversay editions. All the Mini anniversary cars were in that burgundy colour. Somebody at LR was obviuosly trying to keep to their roots.
