Brake pad tape

Hi
I ordered front brake pads and Delphi came with pads.
And a metal knob on it which i saw for the first time.
Model l322 3.6 is shown in list but i was puzzled if it will fit!!!

But they are 192 mm rears are smaller as i know?
Size is ok but knob is different. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.
