Can I just use any old 22" wheel (that fits) as a spare?

All the RR factory wheel / tyre combo's should be fine as they all have the same diameter, so even a 20 or 21 should be fine with the right tyre.

I do Stan, I just use one of my Turbines but I think when I sell them they might sell better as a set of 5. These look loads better but I only have 4
