It is still a four door. I wonder what that does for the strength of the body. Unless they have managed to get extra stiffening incorporated.

Only ever seen two door convertibles other than converions like the above.

The ad says right hand drive but the photos don't agree. It does say "imported vehicle". John

I saw this on the road today in MK.
The matt black finish was perhaps not quite the same shade as blackboard paint.

When I saw it the other day, it was traveling 4-up with the top down. The driver was exploiting the engine performance somewhat, the passengers clearly enjoying riding in a quick convertible in the sunshine.

Whilst recent years have seen the emergence of a number of convertible 4 seat tin-tops, I'm struggling to think of many other convertible vehicles in similar size/class to the L405. I guess there's the Merc E-Class, which I'm guessing perhaps comes close in terms of interior space.
