Source for replacement foam and leather for driver's seat SC

I have the US version of the 2008 LR RR HSE SC; so the full-size SVU.

My driver's seat is torn up from use and I need to replace both the foam in the base of the seat as well as the leather that covers the foam. I have done a fair bit of searching but what usually comes back for me are the seat covers one puts OVER the existing leather. I would rather not pay OEM prices for this stuff if possible given the (low) value of the car so maybe another supply source or pre-owned?

I am on the East Coast of the US but I am OK with ordering from a UK/European source.
